Privacy Policy

Project Lift LLC
Effective Date: October 25, 2026
Previous version effective October 1, 2024

At Project Lift LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through our website at projectlift.co, our forms and booking pages (including pages hosted at link.project-lift.org), and our Facebook Lead Ads, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a free guide or video, book a discovery call, fill out a Facebook Lead Ad, contact us, or buy coaching, we collect:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, or other contact details you provide.
  • Booking details: the date and time you choose and the answers you give on the booking form.
  • Preferences and interests: any information you choose to share about your training goals, preferences, or interests.
  • Payment information: if you buy from us, payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our partners collect information such as the pages you view, the page address (including campaign or ad-click codes in the link you followed), referring site, browser and device type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers. See Section 3.

Attribution information. Our forms and booking pages record how you reached them (for example, the page address, referrer, and ad-click or campaign codes such as fbclid or utm parameters) and may record your privacy choice on our site, and store that with your contact record.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries, questions, or requests, and to deliver the guides and videos you ask for.
  • To schedule and hold discovery calls and provide coaching services.
  • To send promotional or marketing communications related to Project Lift LLC, products, services, offers, or events. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how our website is used and to improve our services and tailor our offerings to better meet your needs.
  • To measure how well our advertising works and to show our ads to people who may be interested (see Sections 3 and 4).
  • To keep our website secure and to comply with law.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage and similar technologies, including from third parties, to operate the site, analyze use, and measure and deliver advertising. Third parties, including Meta, may use these technologies to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) helps us understand how visitors use our site, using cookies and similar identifiers. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records how visitors interact with our pages, for example clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, to create heatmaps and session replays. Session replays can show the content of the pages you visit. Microsoft states that Clarity masks the content of input boxes and drop-down menus in all of its masking modes (Clarity masking documentation). Our sign-up and booking forms are provided by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector in a separate embedded frame. Microsoft collects or receives information from our site and may use it as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including to provide Microsoft Advertising.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) records page views on our website so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads and reach people who visited our site. Meta’s use is described in the Meta Privacy Policy.
  • Forms and booking (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) use local storage and similar technologies on link.project-lift.org to run the forms and calendar, prevent spam, and record attribution as described above.

If you opt out (Section 5) or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our website is designed not to load the Meta Pixel, to tell Microsoft Clarity not to use cookies, and to tell Google not to use advertising storage or use your data for ads. Google Analytics measurement may continue without advertising features.

4. Sharing for Advertising Measurement (Meta Conversions API)

When you request one of our free guides or videos, or book a discovery call, our customer-relationship system may send Meta a notice that a “lead” or “booking” occurred. To match that event to a Meta account, it may include your email address and first and last name in hashed form, cookie or ad-click identifiers, the page address, and your IP address and browser information. Meta uses this to measure and optimize our ads.

Private coaching notes, health details and free-text form answers are not intentionally sent to Meta. We use your privacy choice to limit this Meta measurement where our systems can apply it. To make sure your contact record is opted out, email us (Section 5).

5. Your Privacy Choices and How to Opt Out

  • Our opt-out: use the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page to opt out of targeted advertising and the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for that purpose. Your choice is saved in a cookie on that browser and device. We also use it to limit Meta measurement of form submissions and bookings made from our site where our systems can apply it.
  • Global Privacy Control: we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out for that browser.
  • Full requests by email: to opt out on your contact record, across devices, or for any other privacy request, email info@project-lift.org.
  • Industry and platform tools: Digital Advertising Alliance (aboutads.info/choices), Your Online Choices (EU), Meta Ad Preferences, Google My Ad Center, and Microsoft ad settings.
  • Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect how the site works.
  • Email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as follows:

  • With service providers who help us manage our business, such as marketing platforms or data storage providers, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (forms, booking, email/text, CRM), Google (analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Stripe (payments), and our website host.
  • With advertising partners (Meta) as described in Sections 3 and 4. Under some state laws this may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 5.
  • If required by law to comply with a legal obligation or in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • In connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

7. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Our partners retain data under their own policies. If you wish to have your information removed from our system, please contact us at info@project-lift.org.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights concerning your personal data:

  • The right to access the information we hold about you.
  • The right to request correction or deletion of your personal data.
  • The right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal information at any time.
  • The right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information (Section 5).

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws in the United States may give you additional rights, such as obtaining a copy of your data in a portable format, or appealing a decision we make about your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@project-lift.org. We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

9. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at info@project-lift.org and we will delete it.

10. Security Measures

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on our website or through other appropriate communication channels, and we will update the effective date above.
